A full day programme (7 hours) designed for people and teams who need to urgently improve their understanding and use of Generative AI. 

The course agenda is:

•    Where Generative AI is relevant and suitable, its impact on teams and deliverables, important limitations and privacy considerations.
•    Overview and customised demonstrations of current leading platforms, including the latest from from Microsoft, OpenAI, Google.
•    Exploring the use of AI to access and analyse information (including Microsoft Copilot 365 Pro capabilities and integration with organisational data). Practical exercises with simulated data / information.
•    Exploring how to use AI in workflow: Agents, Autonomous Agents, General AI Agents. Practical exercise to develop Agents for your work tasks, either in Microsoft Copilot 365, Google Gemini Pro or Mistral AI. (Mistral is suitable for those without paid subscriptions.)
•    Reflecting on next steps for you and your team.

Within a day, you will learn how to use Generative AI in your work, and create Agents to transform your tasks.
